Don't work with their Premier Banking team. They dropped the ball when I rolled the money in. They dropped the ball servicing me when I was there. Now as I'm transferring to a new bank, they are again dropping the ball. No one follows up. No one cares. They pay nothing and the service is terrible.

They've contracted with unethical booting company IPS to extort drivers by posting conflicting signage in their lot. We saw the signage regarding parking for the Bagel but there are also a few spots that have clear signage for bank parking only and then mention specific times. Since we were there after, the signage implied that it was okay park and to run into CVS to get Covid vaccines for 10 min. This misleading signage is done on purpose. Meanwhile the IPS employee who speaks poor English and unable to have a discussion is illegally parked on the street in the tow away zone for hours. Expect a boot and to pay $170 to get it removed
