If I look up a location, I'd like to talk to someone at that location. Messaging system is useless because it gives 5 choices that are not my subject matter. Why do I have to go in to set an appointment? Why can't I call to set an appointment since you don't do walk-in?

Laqueena walker was extra polite honest and professional! I initially tried 2 deposit $400 less than what I handed her clearly pointed it out to me very quickly that's very honest not a lot of people out here like that these days

The tellers and management team are friendly and professional, they greet you with a smile and have prompt service. I would recommend my family and friends to TCF Bank on 95th and Stoney Island. Keep up the good work.
