My Wife and I were looking to purchase a new home this year and didnt know where to start. We had not gone through the buying or selling process in 27 years. The whole process has changed and is very intimidating. We went to First American Bank where we met Blanca Casas. Blanca treated us with respect and kindness and assured us through every step of the process. My wife and I had many questions, some big questions (interest rates, closing cost..) and many trivial question of which she did not hesitate to answer. Blanca was available for every call or text throughout the process and did not miss a call or text. Her knowledge of the mortgage loan process is amazing!!! When we were at our closing, there was a minor hiccup that required her assistance. I dialed her number and she picked up right away to save the day, just like a super woman! Blanca treated us like family and we will be life long clients. If anyone is planning on buying a new home, I would recommend Blanca Casas from First American Bank in a heartbeat.
