Location is great. Gated community with pool and close to the highway. Management office is professional
However read your lease CLOSELY. There are random fees for amenities you don't necessarily need or ask for, you're just forced to use them because you're on the property. ($25 for trash, $10 for package delivery service, $6 utility charge, etc)
Also - your packages will not be delivered to your address. Monroe Place Apartments uses FETCH packaging service which intercepts your packages for "convenient" delivery but its not convenient at all. Packages are automatically routed to them and Fetch steals packages they claim are "misdelivered." USPS wont deliver packages to your door, they take them to Fetch. The leasing office wont hold your packages (even though the lease says they do)
I recommend the property for the quiet, the location, and its very dog friendly. However if you order a lot of packages, maybe look elsewhere and save yourself the headache

This is a great place to live. It is convenient to everything and has a very helpful and friendly staff. Maintenance requests are quickly completed and the new landscaping is great!

Well, I Just Took Residency In Monroe Pl Apartments, In December 2023And All I Can Say Is, Its Been An Awesome Experience!!! When I First Went Thru The Application Process, The Staff-(Ms. Ivone & Ms. Lynette)-Were Extremely Helpful & Professional With The ProcessAnd Explained Everything Clearly. My Apartment Is Awesome, The Complex Is AwesomeI Have No Complaints About Living In Monroe Pl ApartmentsAnd Have Recommended Them To Several Friends.

Lived here over a year now. The location is very convenient, very close to highway 85, 75 and 400!
However, there are issues you should know.
It took them almost a year to fix a gas grill! I had to think they just dont want to provide the propane!
Another big issue is the old AC units near the bedroom window. Asked them to fix but was told those units are just old, there was nothing they can do! This is a relatively old apartments, over 30 years I guess, so there were a lot old AC units. If you are sensitive to noise, be aware of this.
There are a lot pets here. If you like dogs around, thats fine. Just be aware.
The floor is very thin so you will hear a lot stepping noise. Chose top floor if you want quietness.
Added: The only way to receive packages is paying for fetch. And Fetchs service is pretty bad. If you ever loose a package or it is delayed, it will give you headache.
