This has been by far my worst experience renting an apartment dating all the way back to my first apartment in college. The leasing office is incredibly rude and condescending and has no interest in resolving any issues. I have been baselessy accused of not paying my rent until I called my bank, which convinced them to try to locate the check. It turns out the check was turned in on time and was not processed by the leasing office. This was after the office manager baselessly accused me of being in violation of my contract. The complex has now threatened to fine any person who leaves an empty trash can outside of their apartment, provided by the original owners of the complex with instructions to leave outside. They also will fine people with unpicked up trash, despite multiple instances of the trash valet service not picking up trash on the nights they are scheduled to work. When trying to remedy these issues, I was repeatedly belittled and was told the new fines were acceptable business practice. This is despite a mandatory $25 monthly trash valet fee. These are quite frankly extortionist tactics and I will definitely not be renewing my lease here. Please take heart to this review and do not sign a lease with the new ownership here, Clover Apartments. They are engaged in unethical business practices and you should be able to find a more acceptable complex that actually has ethical business practices.

Went to visit a family member that lives in the apartments there. There was trash around the garbage cans and by the stairs to the apartment. The gate was broken. There's mold in her apartment by the windows. The windows looked like they either weren't finished or put in properly The AC works when it wants to. I ordered something's online to be sent to us. They were stolen from the area where the packages are sent. It's a complete mess. I don't recommend anyone else to move and live here. They do no care about the tenants concerns or complaints.

I had the misfortune of "living" at this complex earlier this year. I use the term, "living," lightly because if you make the unfortunate decision to rent at this apartment complex, your quality of life will likely decline to the point where you are simply surviving each waking day as you approach the end of your lease. I would only recommend moving here if you are doing a research experiment on how NOT to run an apartment complex. Though my time here was short, I have quite a lot to say about this place as its issues felt everlasting. I suggest grabbing a snack or two as you read through this review. Property Management: Thank you for teaching me about the importance of vetting property management prior to signing an apartment lease. Thank you for also teaching me the importance of documenting every interaction with maintenance and leasing agents with picture proof and in writing with time stamps and detailed notes so my work orders, documents, and money orders don't magically disappear when I bring up an issue. At the time I lived here, Erica Colick was the property manager. Have you ever dealt with office staff at a poorly-funded public high school? You know, the insecurities and projections seeping through each and every word uttered between the cluttered mind and misery that is every interaction with that person? That is the way it felt communicating- or I should say attempting to communicate- with Erica. If she is still the property manager at this complex, I hope she took a class or ten on how to maintain professionalism at the workplace. Maintenance: Water heater needs to be replaced during the winter? Smell of gas running through your apartment? Smoke detector going off every time you turn the stove on? Roaches every other day? Broken appliances? Dead squirrel on your balcony? Good luck. I had no hot water on and off for 4 months. I wish I was kidding. Unit Interior: - Carpet floors, grey granite or white quartz counters, plastic wood floors in the kitchen and bathroom - The toilets are so old that if I did not clean the toilet bowl everyday I was welcomed to unsightly rings and streams of rust. - I suggest getting a kit that tests the water for any contaminants prior to use... and get water filters for the sink and showers. - The apartments are quite spacious so you have plenty of room to have a mental breakdown about why you chose to move to this apartment complex instead of the newer ones across the street. Safety: I was lucky enough to install a Ring camera on my door, but if I hadn't I would've never known that maintenance was entering my apartment while I wasn't home... despite no work order being requested nor permission being granted. The gate to enter the apartment complex and parking was almost always broken when I lived here, especially on game days at the Braves stadium down the road. Additional Expenses: I highly recommend getting a lawyer who specializes in tenant rights if you live here. I also recommend creating a budget for a lot of bug spray, an air purifier, and water filter attachments for your shower and sink. Your neighbors will likely hit your car like they did mine, so I recommend having a dash cam that captures motion in darkness when parked as well. Overall: If you have to choose between sleeping on a sidewalk or sleeping in a unit at this apartment complex, I would personally choose sidewalk.
