I have been a resident of The District at Windy Hill for over two years and this place is easily the best apartment complex I have ever lived at. While we've certainly had our 'rough patches,' the Distrct showed up when they promised, and I'm happy with my time here. I live on the 2nd floor, which comes with extra tall, 12ft ceilings. Although the high ceilings have their cons, such as drafty showers, the overall appearance is stunning. The best part about the property is the maintenance crew. They are always fast to respond, respectful of my time and privacy, and they give results!! The ticketing system is easy to use, and I'm fortunate not to need it too often. Another amazing feature is the duck pond. Although not owned by the apartment complex, it provides a beautiful scene and feels like a protected wildlife area. The location is also fantastic, being right next to I-75, with the District having a super-convenient off-ramp when you get off on I-75 northbound. Other small insights that people may care about: The community grills feel like they're constantly out of commission (out of gas or in need of repairs), you'll still have crummy or entitled neighbors, and the garage gate may be open. I would recommend this property to a friend or family member.
