I lived here from 2021-23 and when I say it was the worst thing possible. First , the roaches are everywhere. And I'm not just talking water bugs I mean it's three or four different kind of roaches that are all over and because they dont fix the sewers they really are all over. the sewers kept backing up and there would be condoms , tampons and everything else just sitting in on the grass. There no sense of security. The gate is always broken. Children are always running around, breaking with windows in the laundry room then cutting the wires to the washing machines breaking the fences, fighting everywhere and management does nothing but then send a letter telling you to get to know your neighbors, so you can better secure each other security was a joke they were the main ones that were shooting. over 19 different shootings that happened in front of my building let alone the many of shootings that happened in the complex during the summer was killed in front of my apartment when you bring management issues even videos all they tell you that they're going to investigate it, but nothing actually ever happens I only moved here because I moved out of his shelter and this is the place that they sent us. I was grateful for the opportunity to have a home But the safety and the livelihood that me and Kids had was not worth it.

I stay here now want to break my lease. Ghetto staff...people breaking in cars...swatters...bad put together apartments it's horrible

They are running a scam they tell you $290 to move in plus $50 application fee but they dont tell you you lose your $290. If you dont move in. These people are all crooks!!!! Do not move your family there. We never signed any documents saying the $290 would be forfeited, they came up with an excuse saying the $290 was admin fees. We will see them in court!!
