Predatory & unethical practices. We are literally in a recession & most people have been struggling since covid. I am a veteran who has fought for my country. These people are deplorable & lack empathy for the humanan condition or the current climate of the world. They're ruthless & manipulative. just wanting your application fees. They call you repeatedly & then ghost you once you've complied

RE: Unpleasant Experience with Application Process and Identity Verification at Poplar Springs I regret to share my extremely unsatisfactory experience with the application process at Poplar Springs Apartments. My interaction with the property, particularly concerning the application and verification procedures, has left me deeply disappointed. Despite being initially interested in renting an apartment, the additional verification steps, namely Right ID and Right Income, introduced by the company to prevent fraudulent activities have only added complexity and raised concerns. The implementation of these steps, while well-intentioned, has led me to question the overall integrity and transparency of the process. Furthermore, my interactions with Esam, the Assistant Manager, were marked by unprofessionalism and a lack of cooperative demeanor. His handling of my inquiries and concerns only served to exacerbate my dissatisfaction with the overall experience. I believe that my suspicions of potential identity fraudulent activities, coupled with the challenges in the verification process and the unprofessional conduct of staff, warrant sharing this feedback for the benefit of others considering Poplar Springs Apartments. This experience has prompted me to withdraw my interest in renting an apartment at Poplar Springs and request the removal of my information from their system. I advise potential renters to exercise caution and thoroughly assess their experience before proceeding with any transactions at this property. It is about 4 days I can not pay online. I called them nobody take for all these four day and you like to charge fees for late and other nonsense. this is the worse i ever reside, Can you please update your online payment system. This 21th century I do not have to leave my work earlier just to make payment for rent. I can order and pay online from oversea countries without problem. PLEASE UPDATE your payment system I gave one start to Popular Spring because of attitude its manager. On Oct 1, 2021, I went to pay my rent and asked her why my water has increase sharply, She said I do not leave with you to know. If you work with people, they may have questions about issues. It is responsibility of Popular Spring to train its workers to respect people and how to talk to people. I have feeling ok. nonsense!
