The lady at front desk is so rude her energy is just off nd I wasnt greeted or nothing nd she was watching movies but anyways. So basically what happened was I came in to deliver Uber eats order nd the customer had stated she wanted her food delivered to her door and I told the front desk lady that nd she said she cant let me up so I said ok cool can u atleast contact her cuz I need her code so i can mark the delivery as finished and she said at this location we dont contact residents u have to do that nd I told her politely that i contacted the customer and she hadnt answered. Nd she said well I cant call her nd went right back ON HER PHONE ND KEPT WATCHING A MOVIE man talk about just rude so I had to wait for 15mins for the customer to finally answer so I can get my code. Management if ur reading FIRE HER IM SORRY. Like as a concierge thats part of ur job 99% of concierge call the resident all the time. Like maam u are getting paid to work why not work. I dont even know her but she was just rude plan ole rude. Just cuz u having a bad day dont mean be rude to others u will get nowhere in life

The staff goes above and beyond to ensure your needs are met. Within minutes of putting a request for maintenance, my request was completed. Excellent, personable and professional team!

The staff here is amazing, especially Eunique. Every morning she makes sure to greet my fur baby and have a conversation. The staff here is super respectful and personable.
