        JT is an amazing Maintenance Guy! Ive lived here for a while now and didnt always have the best support when it came down to maintenance request, however JT came the same day I put the request in and was very quick and efficient.

        Never experienced reverse racism before until now. Wasnt even in the leasing office for more than five minutes. Whoever is running the place needs to be fired. stay away!

        EDIT: I have unfortunately had to edit this review due to the lack of attention to detail from maintenance team, and overall hostility from the Overlook office regarding resident issues. While this complex does have two stand out team members [Christian (Community Manager)/Jean Jean (Maintenance Team Member)], that is it. Avoid if you can. (Maintenance history under "Alexander J Moses" for RPM if they want to look into the state of things at this property.)
