The Brady Apartments

The Brady has been our home for just about a year now so I feel like I can draw some conclusions. Overall, it is a fantastic place to live! Management is super responsive and helpful, especially if you pop into the office every once in a while - Debi is a rockstar! We transferred to a larger unit and they were able to provide support and a few days of carryover time to make sure we had the time to lug our things between the two. The Brady is a perfect place to call home :)

I am currently looking for a new home, so I realize how important these are! With that being said this is going to be the most authentic review, EVER. Ive been a resident here since, 2018. I initially, learned about The Brady visiting a friend. Guys I loved it. It was then the atmosphere they still market , especially during the summer. We were like family, up at the roof top - lol. Im the last of my bunch, and the last of the few whos seen all of the administration leave except Ms.Debi. Bless her heart, she looks more stressed by the day! The culture of this complex has changed, so Im sure the work environment has. But heres the FACTS! 1. They boot for EVERYTHING. $125, and like $75 each additional day. They say someone else owns the garage but this same entity, has access behind the gates (which is only for residents!) as the first two floors are public parking for a night club around the corner which brings its own embarrassment and drama. All worth it once upon of time when administration were doing their JOB. (Again, everyone expect Ms.D) whew! That lady, I love her!!! Omg. Again, her sweet soul will draw you in - shes doing the devils work. 2. I realize, they have a section of the apartments that they show you. As Im sure most facilities do! But this particular side is solar opposites from the every day living experience. From smell, and view. (View is horrible) and please dont let them give you a apartment that faces the garage!!! Omg, team no sleep! But again, worth it when administration felt like family. I know no place is perfect. 3. Theyve let so many college students move in, it smells like a weed fest on certain hallways! Every embarrassing when you have company sign you not to mention the trash that people have out all freaking day! (Now theres a timeframe for when its to be out out, but never enforced) back to point two! Basically the place is a college students ideal of luxury and fun! Dorm 2.0 , just cant get kicked out of school for being foul. its not worth it. When with them having competitive rates. Theres a new building next to them Ive heard really good reviews about (Osprey) Id check them out. But The Brady! Is not the same luxury spot it once was and I hate it! Because I had no real intent on moving until I was ready to buy a home. But here I am, back in the market. I miss their old administration these new people are horrible especially the manager. Ugh, I could write a whole blog about her. But I didnt care to remember her name, I just witnessed her handle someone so horribly in the lobby. RUN!!! THIS PLACE IS THE GHETTO!!! I hope, you guys find the perfect home, but this cant be ideal or perfect for anyone. Again, they only show the good side of the building. This is a real review from someone who has started since Jan. 2018 Im gone now and so glad to write this review. Ive heard of admin picking on people who write bad reviews which is expected.

Really nice inside and out. The rooftop pool is pretty as well. Just be aware of cockroaches. I saw like 4 on the rooftop pool area so the apartments probably have them as well!

Registered car booted, car scraped by maintenance repair people, overcharged for utilities, fire alarm at 1:00AM not turned off, incompetent staff - these are all of the reasons why I broke my lease after 6 months and no longer live at this apartment building. The worst part is that management is responsive but doesn't solve issues. I advise others to stay away.
