We have enjoyed the entire process, from connecting with the front office with our inquiries to submitting our application and moving in. The communication and move-in process were painless. Everyone was courteous and professional. We decided to extend our lease and rent a larger unit. Again, the move-out and switchover to the new unit went so smoothly. Great staff here at The Prato at Midtown.

If you lease here, you will NEVER receive your packages. The mail carriers either steal, misplace, or don't follow through with the complete delivery here. I've had a bridesmaids dress claim to be delivered in a amazon delivery box, but lo and behold it wasn't. The staff here are helpful and amazing, but they don't have any means of adding security or cameras to locker station. This is a Greystar property, Greystar lets their residents get their mail stolen.

The lady thats the manager there is extremely rude. I have been staying here for a year now and every time she has a mean, non caring tone. I was surprised to learn she was in management. The way she treats us as residents is terrible!

The Property Manager SHERRY CLARKE is the most unprofessional and most ghetto property manager in history! She and I have had several verbal altercations before I moved out I have still yet to receive my deposit back in the mail. Sherry decided the best way to handle a disagreement was by screaming to the top of her lungs stating she is not the one as if she wanted to fight a random in the streets. I have lived there since 2021 and most definitely left in 2024 when she became Manager. She has used her position for the worse as if she is on an ego trip versus conducting Professional Development. Sherry needs to grow up and leave the nasty attitude at home before you come to work each day 0 out 0 do not recommend these apartments due to her lack of professionalism! The apartments are full of mold as well she will not fix the issue!
