This was my first apartment in atlanta and let me just say that the one bedroom I had was very nice and spacious plenty of space to decorate how you please the pool is located in the center of the complex and looks really pretty at night and my view was amazing, it's located in the middle of everything that happens you can walk to piedmont park and there are so many bars and restaurants around that you don't have to eat at the same place twice. Parking can be tight but if your home by 8pm your good there is paid parking if you can find it but that's unlikely unless your getting home after 2am.

This was my first apartment in Atlanta and on my own. I lived there for a year and want to say the management and maintenance crew ( Elisa, Heather, and Ronald are absolutely amazing!! They themselves are the reason I am giving this place 5 stars. They are always there for any issues you have if you ever have any and respond the fastest Ive ever seen any agency respond. Not only are they good at their job but they are just a delight to talk to as well! The location is also wonderful, you do have to know that it is quite loud in the area do to bars and clubs but i honestly enjoy the noise. And you are within a few blocks of anything you need including entertainment, parks, restaurants, and grocery stores. The only con is that the building is old and it shows. The water temperature fluctuates a lot and walls are thin. Its also the south so you will have to deal with roaches but they have a great monthly bug spray program that gets rid of them for the most part

I am about to move out of Crescent Place after living here for a year and wanted to share my honest thoughts for others considering moving here. Pros: The staff here is super kind and helpful. Elisa Harrison has responded to every email Ive sent within an hour or so, and the on site maintenance man Ronald has been extremely helpful every time Ive had an issue (which isnt often). The location is fantastic. Its about a 5-10 minute walk to Whole Foods and Piedmont park. So many restaurants and bars are within a short walk. The price is the lowest you will find for a location this good anywhere in midtown. The closest I found was the arts center and it was in north midtown and a couple hundred dollars more expensive. The neighbors are also friendly. Cons: Its an older building. The walls are a little thin and the ceiling/floors are creaky in places so if you arent on the 3rd floor youll hear your upstairs neighbors moving around sometimes. The shower can take a few minutes to get hot. The kitchen doesnt have a dishwasher, so get used to hand washing dishes if you cook a lot. The oven/stove top are old fashioned gas but they work just fine. My smoke detector went off every time I cooked so eventually I started taking out the battery when I began cooking. Because it has 4-5 bars/clubs on the same street, it can be noisy til early AM, especially on weekends, but Ive gotten used to it. The laundry is on site and costs $1.50 for both washer and dryer so $3 a load. Overall, I think the value is right at what you pay for in rent. Its nothing to write home about, but its in a great location, I was able to save some money in rent, and I got the full midtown living experience. I would do it over again, given the chance.
