Been here about 4-5 months now and it's been great. I've never written a review before but I really wanted to show my appreciation for Nina + staff. The Byron hits that sweet spot of quality, safety, and affordability. Pros: Not too many units, which limits your exposure to bad neighbors (the walls aren't thin either) Despite being next to a hospital, it isn't as noisy as you'd expect The common areas and amenities are always clean No pest issues Management goes above and beyond (they don't get everything the first time but they work hard to make things right) The coffee machine, free stuff, community events Cons: General Atlanta problems (expensive parking, occasional break-ins/theft, homeless, etc) One elevator seems to be down frequently. There aren't too many people anyway so it's only mildly annoying Shared package room (I've never had anything stolen though) Windows do not open so the only source of fresh air is your balcony door. You cannot let people in without going to the door to get them Maintenence speaks Spanish only. Although they're friendly, they can't explain/understand things regarding your requests. You'll need to talk to management, which can make complicated issues take multiple trips
