ARIUM Lenox Park

Worst experience possible! I moved out a month ago. Nicole is super racist and non responsive. Ac doesnt work for weeks in peak summer, trash doesnt get picked up. Arium as a management is good but leasing office at Lenox park is horrible. They told me they signed me up for lease transfer and never replied after that, when move came near, apartment itself was leased out to someone else. There are better options available near by for less headache.

Beware of moving here !!! I moved from Tennessee to Atlanta for a job offer, They were running a special where your first 2 months was free . Promove help me find the location and the Arium .The lease manager Nichole have gave me the runaround. I was told to move in on the 29 that was Good Friday. I received a call that they will be closed, that I had to move on 28 the dont even know then there are going to be closed on holidays, I received another call say that my apt was not ready I had to moved into another unit , come to find out that was a one bed apt. I applied for a 2br 2 ba on the first level . The third option is a 2 bed with carpet on the 2 floor I was told soon as my apartment gets ready Ill be moving into in 6 days of my movin date . Do it make since to move furniture no . Nichole the leasing manger told me that they were going to try to help me my moving truck process since everything is there fault, didnt happen I have signed 3 lease and had my rental insurance change 3 times and had my moving truck extended as well plus you are paying too much for a little apt The only thing I can say is that that the maintenance You have been worn. I reached out to them then they have reached out to me about my application And moving date every time they called it has been nothing but confusion and bad
