University House Midtown

Completely awful experience. Do not live here, ever. There are roaches everywhere, elevators never work. Of the 4 slow elevators that uhouse has, 2 are broken and they never bothered to invest the time to fix either. It can take 5 minutes to even get an elevator at the ground floor. Also, there is floor to ceiling trash in the trash rooms 24/7. Management DOES NOT CARE! Do not live here.

This is a shanty house masquerading as student apartments. The elevators bounce, and are likely to break any day, causing injury and major inconvenience to residents any day now. Building management knows this, I have told them myself, and they looked me in the eyes and said it would be too expensive. However, given the number of units in the building, and the amount paid per tenant, the number they quoted me to fix the problem seems relatively affordable. Management are corporate grifters who know that there are a myriad of problems with their complex, but do nothing to fix them as they continue to raise prices in line with the other student apartments. If you make the unfortunate decision to live here you will have to deal with weekly, water, internet, or power outages, and play a game of UHouse Roulette every time you take an elevator ride, which is every time you go to your room since there isn't adequate stair access from ground floor.

Best apartment for the price! Uhouse management is out of this world amazing! The square footage you get is more than most apartments.

Uhouse has becoming a running joke of an apartment with no security. It is very filthy. None of the facilities are maintained (to the point where they are unusable). Do not listen to the 5 star reviews. They are all paid for by UHouse

Almost $2000+ after fees for a 480 sq ft 1 bed apartment. Will you make my bed every night? Genuinely.
