    Community Gates are always open. Tennis court is always closed, they dig the court and left. No one cares about amenities problems but they show everything during the tour. Car wash sprinklers wont work lot of other issues. There is a person who don't care about your problem, he simply says have a good day :) he wont listen your concerns. Overall the current management is not good. Hope they will get replaced soon.

    Staff was not friendly. Me and my husband had an appointment and when we walked in we didnt even get a greeting at the door. When it was our turn the rep didnt even tell us her name or even said hello. We got to tour the floor plan and not one question was asked. When we got back to the office and sat down we went over our questions and the rep was just short answering us and just felt like we were not wanted there and felt like we were annoying her. This experience was not what me and my husband expected and made us change our minds of renting here

    Absolutely the worst place you can choose to live. Our AC/HVAC system has been shoddy ever since I moved here last year in June. It was fine at first and now its completely shot. It has been regularly 80 degrees and up inside regardless of the time of day. Leasing office and staff couldnt care less! We were told there was nothing they can do and to just crack a window and hope for the best. There is no ETA on our repair and I cannot wait for my lease to be up later this summer. We have a roach infestation problem just like everyone else living here. Pest control comes out and you still see them crawling everywhere, even inside your appliances! The staff is a joke and they get nothing done aside from taking your money on the first of the month. Also, be prepared to call for hours before you reach a staff member. When you do reach a staff member, they will most likely give you attitude and hang up on you instead of trying to remedy the situation. Please take this word of caution and DO NOT LIVE HERE. Take it from someone who learned the hard way with this terrible complex and staff. For context: It was 67 outside when this photo was taken. Our apartment was 81 degrees with windows open and fans running. Ridiculous.

The ONLY reason this gets an extra star is because maintenance does respond fairly quickly and its a quiet area. Now lets get into the cons of Randolph Perimeter (and its a read): I have been here since January 2022. Why did I choose to move here? Well I was in a rush and my apartment started out so nice. Now, its a nightmare. Ive dealt with rats/mice INSIDE my apartment ripping through my food in the pantry and leaving feces everywhere and now a roach problem (and I mean it was BAD). Granted, I am on the first floor, but it doesnt excuse having to live the way I do all while paying rent on time every month.. The mice started about 5 months after moving in. I called and called the office to do something and it wasnt until I told them I would find and patch the hole myself did they decide to send someone out. Pest control came and laid sticky traps with peanut butter on them in 3 places: my pantry, behind my fridge, and my HVAC closet (mind you, I didnt know how I was supposed to get behind my fridge and into my HVAC closet). Well, the one in my pantry caught one and after HOURS of calling, someone finally came to get it. It smelled horrible. What about the other traps you ask? Well they didnt catch anything, but once the hole was finally patched up, I decided to try to retrieve these traps. To literally NO surprise, there were roaches ALL OVER THEM so great.. now I have a roach infestation. At this point, the new company (ARIUM) had taken over and again, after calling and calling, pest control finally came out and sprayed. This did nothing. I had to use my own money to buy gel bait, which has helped tremendously, but every now and again, I still get startled by a roach in my cabinet or in my pantry, OR IN MY CLOSET. I do not live dirty. And I dont appreciate feeling like it. I cant have people over, I cant leave freshly baked food out (the last time I did that, there were roaches all over my food within 5 minutes of walking away - this was when I realized just how bad it was). I have contacted both corporate (heard nothing back) and the local leasing office about my issues and Im met with hostility and attitude. I tried transferring units back in December, well that unit had a roach infestation too! Its ridiculous.. not to mention the gate is ALWAYS broken and at this point is going on 3 weeks of being wide open (whats the point?), the new pest control company (which consists of only TWO people) does NOTHING. He came in my apartment, stood there, and walked out leaving a note as if he did something. I watched the whole thing on my camera. Im FED UP. Paying too much for a roach infested 500 sqft one bedroom apartment.. Do better ARIUM and if you read all of my rant, my advice is to look elsewhere. There are so many reasonably priced apartments in ATL.
