Its been over a month and I still havent got my administration fee or heard back about my refund that that I was supposedly gonna get within 30 days smh

Don't trust the five star reviews from people who aren't even residents here.. This apartment is very poorly built. The floors and walls are so thin that you can hear every single footstep from upstairs. Literally shakes every time someone walks upstairs. If your upstair neighbor starts dragging furniture at 11pm, good luck and just pray that the ceiling doesn't breakdown. The floors are also very uneven and slanted. It's also not that safe. Gates are broken but not fixed, shattered glass and trash in the parking lot, packages being stolen, countless car break ins. There seems to be a police car in the parking lot very frequently. General upkeep of the apartment is questionable. Breezeways are vacuumed but only for leaves and bugs that make their way in. Stairways have trash and smells bad. Beware of roaches and other bugs in your unit. Giving two stars because of the proximity to 75/85 and being in west midtown, and some friendly neighbors.

Byron is amazing, the best maintenance guy so far for the past 5 years i have been here. I give him 100 stars! He fixes everything and also pool is almost always clean flowers flourishing!! Cant say enough! Good job Byron! -2105

I came in today 2/21 & toured with Isaiah. He was highly professional and communicative. Every question I asked was answered intelligently; even when I asked the same question in a different way he still gave great answers I was very pleased with the units I saw, Im personally looking for a studio apartment but all of them looked great! The amenities are very nice as well, i especially love the rooftop view of the city. I cant wait to enjoy summer nights up there. Ms. Deborah was very kind and actually quite hilarious too, I didnt get much exposure to her as she was handling business; but she did say hello with great kindnessIm can tell shes an awesome businesswoman & could really help younger entrepreneurs excel in life Cant wait to move into my apartment!!
