        STAY AWAY FROM THESE APARTMENTS MY APARTMENT HAS BEEN FLOODING SINCE THE FIRST WEEK WE MOVED IN ATLEAST 3 4 TIMES A MONTH ANKLE HIGH FROM THE BACK DOOR TO THE FRONT RUINING MY FURNITURE RUGS ITS SO EMOTIONALLY STRESSFUL EVERY TIME IT RAINS IT FLOODS NOT POUR! 1600 A MONTH FOR THIS I DIDNT SIGN UP TO LIVE IN A POOL CONSTANTLY WITH NO ONE TRYING TO FIND THE UNDERLYING CAUSE!

        Recently spoke to the Nieasha Worthy and she was highly responsive, provided excellent customer service and was receptive to feedback. I would recommend that if you can get a chance to speak with her, ensure that you let her be the liaison for your apartment procurement needs!

        The facilities and amenities are all as advertised, Niesha Worthy is the ONLY person you want to do business with. shes helped me in many ways since I moved in and it seems as soon as another leasing agent comes across my request nothing happens. Niesha IS THE ONLY person who cares about the tenants!!! I recommend her for higher positions in the company
