District at Vinings

Ive had structure bugs since I move in here. Ive complained since I move in. After two managers they finally sent pest control in to only do a clean out. No follow up unless I send multiple email. This is nasty , Ive suggested moving apartments, Ive sat at the least for hours waiting to speak to someone. This is nasty And crazy that I have to go through this.

I lived here less than 60 days and had to terminate my lease Because there was a slab leak!!! A freaking slab leak that I am almost certain District at vinnings knew about. It was a slab leak that cost the lives of several individuals in Miami last year when their condo collapsed. They will risk the safety of an individual all for Greed! Do not rent unit 1710 Dillan is a Great leasing manager with the hand that he was dealt but the owners are GREEDY & shady. When I voiced my concerned about it being a slab leak in my unit it took almost 3 weeks for them to verify what I already knew. The options that were given to me by Emily was allowing me out of my lease but I had to move IMMEDIATELY, waive the transfer fee had I opted to go to another unit but Weren't willing to price match. The District at Vinings has taken no ownership, was not inconvenienced in any way, and somehow does me the favor of not penalizing me for terminating my lease early, waiving transfer fees - but will definitely charge me more to move into another unit! UNBELIEVABLE! EVEN though I have moved out, I still contacted Cobb county building & Code enforcements. These apartments are UNSAFE & UNHABITABLE!!! I am including photos of the apt where Chris wanted to move me too, FILTHY! Didn't even look like it belong with the rest of the community!

What is the best way to get someone on the phone since they never answer and we always have to talk to a automated person. Ive been trying to call up there to get a unit rented and nobody will pick up the phone. I cant even come up there because you have to have access to the gate. Its 2022 pick up the phone or dont work there simple.
