Deplorable customer service, rude and uninformed

The salesperson was very nice and helpful. She did all that she could to fix my phone issue. She was very patient and did her best to help fix my phone.

Some of the most undertrained staff I’ve ever run into. They were having to google how to do their jobs. Poor staff is clearly given no resources to be helpful.

Naj as well as Amanda was so helpful we had purchased a phone online and it was locked. There were able to get his phone all squared away. So thankful for them.

Omar and Heal Were of excellent help. They really took their time and help to buy and set my phone up completely!!

On 3/18/2024, no employees showed up until 10:15 a.m. and then they said it would take 30 minutes for them to open the door and be operational. Pretty disappointing.
