Matthew alfinez , what a wonderful gentleman he was caring, loving, understanding help me in every which way he could, and then some. This young man is the best one there in my opinion, you couldnt have a better worker than him. I wish all workers will be as he is caring and understanding, and helping with the love and kindness that he has inside of him. Wow. With that said, you need to give him a raise money raise.

I would give more stars if I could! Matthew is amazing! He is very helpful & knowledgeable. He was very patient with me & my kids while setting up our new phones. He offered great recommendations. He will definitely be my go to at Tmobile from now on! Go to this location and ask for him, not a 3rd party location! I am beyond satisfied with our service! Thank you Matthew!!

Matthew Alfinez was hands down the best mobile expert I have ever worked with. It was the best overall experience I have ever had with any retailer. We had a complex order of transitioning 3 numbers and purchasing devices and spent over 2 hours working with me. Always with positivity, a smile, and absolute patient. They were short handed that day and he was multitasking with my permission and keeping all the customers informed of when they will be helped. When my new phone arrived, I came back to see Matthew to transfer everything and protect my phone, and found the experience to be much of the same. Kudos Matt for your dedication to your employer and the customers you serve. Rare to find this level of excellence these days. Best of luck to you! And Thank you!
