Metro by T-Mobile

I walked in this Merto PCS at 6:45 on 4/11/2023. The girl told me that I could not bring my puppy in. I asked her why and she said it is company policy and they watch them on the cameras. I asked why they don't allow them when there are no groceries in there and she said she didn't know, but they werent allowed. I'm guessing it was because she was swiffering the floor when we walked in. I told her i wasn't even going to put her down, and she said no, she couldnt come in. So i told my son to come on, we'll go to the one on Normandy, this girl had a bad attitude the last time we came in here and she has a bad attitude now. At that point, she started cussing me out. She called me a "white ass bitch" which I'm not even white, I'm native american. If i didn't want to go to jail, I would have beat the shit out of her. Don't go to this metro. I ended up at the one on Commonwealth Ave at the Paxon mall and recieved the best service AND TOOK MY DOG IN.

They're very nice here. Stephanie is always so helpful and always greets me with a smile. They go above and beyond every time to make sure all my needs are met.

Stay away, unless you like getting ripped off. They know all the scams. I should have known better myself. They have no customers, so the few people that do wander in, they have to rip off to make a buck. I think the people working there, are ex carnies. They're pathetic!
