        Holly V at this REI is amazing. I recently purchased a full suspension mtn bike from REI. I was sure it was the one I wanted, but after a few rides, I was less sure. I decided to take it back. As always, REI honored their return policy, and Holly helped every step of the way. We ran into some issues with my debit card accepting the refund (wierd I know), and she helped me every step of the way to make sure money got refunded correctly. I was quite nervous because it was a big amount, but her excellent customer service put me at ease, and ultimately, everything was resolved. Folks like Holly keep me coming back to REI. Thanks so much!
