I have always loved Orvis products. The Cherry Creek location has without question the best customer service approach I have encountered. They are knowledgeable, but thoughtful, and diligent. This store made me a Orvis fan for life.

I bought a flannel shirt on the phone with the help of Gene at the Cherry Creek Orvis. He was SO HELPFUL! I was so grateful and impressed. The shirt arrived shortly there after to a very happy husband. Kudos to Gene and the Cherry Creek crew! You all are the best! I know I will be asking Gene for help in the near future.

As far as Im concerned Orvis is the best customer service when it comes to rod repair. Have an Orvis Encounter that finally broke - Sarah the manager and Gene were both extremely helpful in getting the rod shipped out same day from the store. Flies are a little pricey but you get the value back when asking for info on locations or techniques - everyone I spoke to at this location pointed me in the right direction. Lot of fly shops gate keep everywhere but the most public waterways - refreshing to be offered useful information for someone who is only visiting a few days
