Rude employees, like extremely unkind as well as with no idea how to help a situation.

Kept me on hold for 30 minutes and then transferred me back to the remote call center only for some woman to hang up on me. No thanks!

Service with a smile is always appreciated! My new phone was setup without issue. Had a pleasant experience and will go back again for any in person assistance needed.
