Store team was mostly interested in their phones as many others have noted. One person seemed fairly competent, and had an (Asst?) Store Manager label on his pin, but he tried to get the new associate to help me and she didn't know anything. So she kept asking him my questions. Finally, I just asked him stuff directly and he got the point. Then, they upsold the phone purchase without actually stating they were signing me up for the device coverage plan at $18/m and also that the outlet plug was sold separately at $21/each. To add more time wastage, I had to drive back here to return the plug (only having used this store since it was initially convenient to other errands I needed to run and no where near my home).I'd advise that you find someplace different. Another disinterested team and no significant service - does that word even exist anymore?

Stopped by to check look and feel if Pixel 7 vs Pixel 7 Pro. No special sales. The store was clean and the employees helpful.

I am not really sure what's up with this location. I used to go to the one at Bell and Tatum but it's closed. This one doesn't seem to have it together. I went in for a simple request and literally there were five people working in the store. Four of them standing in line to get help from who I can only assume is the manager. In the end I had to end up calling into T-mobile myself to get what I needed done but only after wasting an hour here.
