        So I went in last night to inquire about a new phone and phone plan. It's been a minute since I upgraded (still rockin' the S9) . To my surprise the experience was effortlessly smooth. My girl CHARLIE hooked me up and explained everything in a friendly, professional, and simple way. I didn't feel rushed or pressured to buy anything. I eventually decided it WAS time to upgrade (that and Boost Mobile sent me messages that my phone was to old and I needed a new one hahaha) . I only gave 4 out of 5 stars because I did not leave the store with a new phone in hand. It had to be ordered . But nevertheless the overall experience was great!!!

        I had a terrible experience with an employee she had the worst attitude. If you dont like what your doing stay home no need to show how miserable you are . Didnt get a name but not a good look for the business
