To the rude sales woman who stared at us for minutes and then hollered at us from the office door whilst we were near the entry way; You're horrible at your job ma'am.
A little about me and my two babies 19 and 14. I have been teaching my kids about predatory corporations, interest and high mark ups. I purchased a freezer from RAC some 10 years ago and it was a decent experience until I no longer needed it as we were moving out of state and couldn't take it with us. High fees am I right? Anyways it didn't leave me bitter.
We came in to look at affordable options as we are moving into our new place end of April. Was going to enquire about finacial options of a few things the kids saw and liked and were not too overly priced. I work a decent job at a well known distributor, own 8 credit cards with outstanding payment history, i have a 2016 Dodge Caravan (go mom van), nice FICO score and I think of myself as a decent human being, jk I'm a sinner turned saint all Glory to God.
Well anyways, this young woman came out of her office and just stared at us. I looked up and noticed her and went back to explaining and conversing with my son. She then yells, "What do yall need?" I again looked up at her and rolled my eyes and continued my conversation. Mind you she is yelling across the store, never approached us (we all had our masks on and she didn't even come a measly 6 feet from us but quiet a few yards off). She again asks "Do you need help with something?" I again looked up at her very annoyed by this time and turned my back to her. Later I was told by the kids that she stormed off back into the office. I could are less than I care about watching rice grow.
We decided that, pricing was unreasonable nor did I want to give this young woman a commission check. In conclusion, we left without inquiring about any finacial services or cash pricing on any items (which most had signs with this data, but not for the bed and the couch we saw, which was odd lol).

So far I have had a great experience when I needed assistance during tough time the employees and managers have been more then helpful to work with me on payment arrangements ect. And have been kind understanding and professional
