After 40 plus days on the market, we realized that staging our home was a must. Sutton Staging was our first call and boy was it worth it!!! Tracey responded promptly to our call, asked questions and listened to our needs. Within a couple of hours we spoke with one of her designers, Kelly. Kelly was easy to speak with and knew exactly what was needed to stage our home. Three days later, our home was fully staged. Photos were taken and posted on the MLS website. The very next day we had a showing, followed by an offer and contract!!! Our home sold just two days after being staged. It previously sat on the market for 40 plus days with a minimal number of showings ! We are so grateful for Sutton Staging!!! We firmly believe that without Sutton Staging, we would still be on the market!
