        I was going in today to look at my bill and pay off most of the items on my account. The guy that was working in there was extremely rude.. Told me to just look at my app on my phone. I wanted to go over it with someone so I could figure out what was the best to be paid off. I was also possibly going to get a new phone and headphones but I will not be dealing with this store ever again. Even in an emergency I will go somewhere else.

        I feel like they don't respect whoever arrives first at the store. They chose someone who arrived later, which cost me an extra hour and I had to cancel a personal appointment I had at that time.
