Ask for Luis!!!! I had called in while I was at work to ask if they would be able to help us and he answered yes! He said he would wait for us, do to me getting off of work at 6 and them closing at 7. Luis got us in and got us a new phone with insurance! He was vey kind and listened to all our needs and got us exactly what we wanted! I highly recommend Luis!! Thank you again! We will definitely be back for that upgrade!

I lost my phone to a pool while here visiting from Alabama. Went to a total of four phone stores. Long waits, etc.etc. could not help and so forth. Walked into this wonderful and clean store right off main roads and Gabby and Brenda set everything up for me and I was on my way in now time. It was a great experience!!!! Thanks y'all

Very friendly staff and knowledgeable about products I just wish T-mobile wouldn't give second rate service to the Metro PCS customer's and give their 1st rate service to T-mobile customers they should provide 5G network service to all their customers.
