        I have never had such a terrible experience with a car rental in my life. I drove 45 minutes out to another city to get MY car detailed and decided to rent a car because I had no other way to move around. I rented it for ONE day and had it back with a full tank of gas in less than six hours. Monday comes and I receive the final receipt. It was $216 for three days!! You can't just RIP people off. I didn't drive or even have the car for ONE day, much less THREE and the detail shop owner was the one who gave me a ride back to drop the rental off! My receipt says ONE DAY. Customer service isn't 24 hours, so I will call in the morning about it, but this should not have happened in the first place. And what makes it worse is this was my first time renting from Avis. Wow. NEVER AGAIN.
