RUDE customer service worker. Tried to upsell the type of car, the insurance (3 different times), and the fuel deal. I have specific insurance already so I didnt need it. There were three people that checked the car over upon return and not ONE thing was damaged but they are trying to say there was some scuff/paint damage to the bumper and in the front. My friend even took pictures all around upon drop off to ensure this wouldnt happen. I left a bad review previously directly to them and I guarantee thats why they are saying this now. I will never come back and I plan to let everyone know the shady things they are doing and recommend elsewhere.

Amber was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. I some how doubled my reservation and pre-paid; she called me in the morning to notify me of the situation and then later in the afternoon checked to see if I was able to change it. She knew I was busy and made the call and had the reservation cancelled for me. She called me as I was dropping of the vehicle at the airport and I couldnt have had a better call. Great customer service and absolutely made my day! Thank you again, Amber.
