Budget Car Rental

This guy is a con artist. He told me if I did not get the OPTIONAL insurance, then he would not give me the truck. I called budget corporate and they said it's up to the franchise they can shake you down all they want and they are fine lending their names to such corrupt businesses. Just go to u-haul it is literally right across the street from here. The guys also sells cars, he told many times how his customers come first and he doesn't really care about Budget rentals.

This business is COMPLETE TRASH. If I could give 0 stars I would. I returned my vehicle this past Monday at 9:30 am.The man at the desk had no idea what he was doing. He told me the person in charge of returning vehicles wasnt there and wouldnt be in until 2:30 but I would get an email of my receipt by the end of the day. They end of the day rolls around and I didnt receive anything in my email. The next day I check my account and I was charged $170 for not returning the vehicle on time. When I tried to call it goes straight to an automated system. I went to get a refund and the lady at the desk got smart. Do not do business here.

This business went ABOVE & BEYOND to help me!! I was returning a cargo van that I was not comfortable driving & I was willing to drop off without a full tank of gas. Ron, the man working, encouraged me to just go fill it up because it would cost A LOT! Ron called his boss & she told him to take me to fill it up if nobody was there. It was the KINDEST thing they could have done!! It save me almost $200!!! This business cares about its customers. They might get busy at times, but they do care!!
