I've used this Avis a few times now. For being a small location, their service is relatively quick and always good, even if there's a long line. I've never had any issues picking up or returning a car here.

They did same day car rentals and made it super easy to rent a car and extend the rental.

Still terrible. Understaffed. Four people in front of me. Im just looking to drop off a car. Lady at the desk leaves to clean a car. Two of us still waiting. Why is this so hard? Assistant dude took mercy on the lady in front of me and tried to help her. She says, I need a full sized car. Dude says, I dont think we have one. I say, I do, checking in a genesis right now . Luckily it worked out. Spent 10-15 mins in line. The only breath of fresh air in this place is the assistant dude.

Doesn't honor reservations. "We don't have any cars available today," despite taking a reservation and prepay. Doesn't refund you - you have to call customer service and waste even more of your own time to get one.
Wasted part of my Friday evening. Don't take reservations you can't honor; and if you do, call the people whose money you take to tell them so they don't waste their energy.
