Horrible service when I went there about issues with the car I had just gotten the day prior. Rude lady. Same as when I returned the car back. She didn't even acknowledge when we came in. Went to the desk again was ignored so sat down and waited. She eventually got to us and was short and rude. I will not ever deal with this company again and if I can help anyone else save their money from this type of treatment I will.
The car was deplorable! The driver's seat was broken, cigarette burn in the back seat. Mind you I brought it back to them and was told "it's not that bad you'll be fine". Please don't waste your money here go to a better rental place.

Too bad I didnt read the reviews first. Worst service. The front desk is unbelievably unprofessional and rude. They will not have the car advertised and you will get treated poorly. The only reason they got one star is I have to put something inorder to post.

Very kind, and professional employees. I deal with Budget all the time and have not been disappointed yet. If your looking to rent a car, truck, or SUV, Budget Car Rental should be your only location.

Extremely unprofessional customer service! Marie barely made eye contact when I was returning the rental and mumbled the entire time. She never even got out of her chair....instead "rolling" over to the counter to check me out. I expected her to go outside and check out the car I was returning but she just stayed in her chair. Also, the counter area was filthy.
I had called before returning to say traffic was an issue and I may be late. I asked Marie if there was a penalty for arriving late. She stumbled with her explanation...giving me a deadline of 6:30 p.m. at first then changed it to 4:15 p.m. At first saying I would be charged for an "extra hour" then changed what she said and told me I would be charged a "full day" if I was late. In addition, when filling out the rental contract with my initials I was told by Marie to bring the car back with the same amount of gas, which I did. However, the e-receipt I received showed a $17.99 "fuel fee." Only by calling the customer service 800 # did they remove it. Do better Budget!
