Car was reserved. Got there and waited over an hour only for them to tell me they had no car available. They also would not take me back home. The customer service sucks

We've been renting from this location for years now, and they have always been so accommodating and nice. Our most recent rental was for almost 3 weeks and the vehicle ended up having mechanical issues at our trip location. This Hampton Team helped us get back into a proper vehicle type from 3 states away. Amazing service! Thank you!

I should have listened to the reviews. I reserved a car, called and they said we had a guaranteed rental, website confirmed. Showed up and they didnt and said they only had something bigger but we would have to pay for the upgrade. I was told by the lady (who said she was the manager) that the online system and reservation line is basically like dealing with a different company and usually doesnt mean anything in regards to what they actually have or dont have. She was rude and completely unhelpful. Went to a second location and they were kind and helpful even though they didnt have any available vehicles at all. He wasnt surprised we had a bad experience at this location. I assume it happens a lot. Highly recommend you stead clear off this location if you want to be treated well and have your rental contract honored. Worst experience with Enterprise Ive ever had.

I enjoyed 3 free car rental days in a KIA Forte. The ride was comfortable and the process of checking in and out was quick, efficient and easy.

Terrible experience two separate days 3/19/24 and 3/22/24 called customer service and was given a reservation number and location for vehicle pickup. I get to the location on both days and was told there are no vehicles there and the customer service number that provided the reservation does not know what they are doing and wrong for continuing to make these arraignments knowing there aren't any vehicles available. Please stop doing this! HUGE INNOCENCE. I wish this thing would allow me to post without starts but I have to leave one so I can post. You are lucky Enterprise service is a nogo as of now.
