Service was extremely fast, from the time I entered and was in my car was less than 10 minutes. Car was clean and smelled fresh

I rarely write reviews about places, but this one is warranted. If you decide to rent from this location, PLEASE SPEND AT LEAST 20 MINUTES looking over the car. For the past two years, I have been renting from this location. I have been renting from Enterprise for almost 7 years and not ONCE have had any damage to a car. Easter weekend, I rented a car from them to go home and see my family. When I get the car, I go over the inspection of the vehicle that was newly washed (and still wet) looking for existing damage. I didnt see anything out of the ordinary, so I signed off on the rental. I drive the car five hours, and park it at my sisters house. The car sat the ENTIRE TIME UNTIL I DROVE IT BACK THAT SUNDAY. The car did not move at all I returned it that night, and I thought that was the end of it. Well I get a call from the manager from Enterprise that morning saying that there was damage to the car. I was surprised! 7 years of renting including using a VEHICLE to move 8 hours away. He told me that it was a dent on the rear quarter panel. I decided to go through my insurance company even though I know I didnt damage the car. The car sat from the 18th to the 22nd at the location before the repair company even picked it up. Welp just got a bill for over $1600 and they did WAAAYYYY more than fix the dent. I WILL NEVER RENT FROM ENTERPRISE AGAIN!!!
