        Avis has called to remind us of our reservation multiple times. Then on the day of, the location calls to say they dont have any minivans. They said they would call to see if the airport has one. Turns out they said they did and they were going to bring it to the Herndon location and call us when its ready. No call. When we finally decided to check to see what was going on and THEY WERE CLOSED. So we go to the airport location. They have been no help as well. We are so disappointed in the customer service and the fact that our reservation meant nothing.

        Got a huge car that I didnt want and paid more at an off airport location compared to airport location. At airport return gas reading was in Oreos t and charged.
