Avis Car Rental

Avis is basically a scam. When picking up the car, they charged me an extra $14 for insurance, which was not a part of my online reservation. They insisted that it is automatic and they can't change it in the system even when I continued to show them my receipt and repeatedly stated that I didn't add that insurance. When the line of customers grew long, they said okay we'll remove it and just like that, they acquired the ability to not overcharge me. When returning the car, they added fuel charges without telling me. When I showed them before and after pictures of the fuel gauge and that I was literally returning the car with more fuel than pickup, they removed the scammy charges. Just how design is in Apple's DNA, scamming is in Avis's DNA. Be prepared to also not receive the car you specifically booked. They're known to often give you random cars or say that theres no cars available even though you specifically made a reservation.

Avis car was good but they charged for gas even though I was told I wouldnt be charged because they did not fill up the tank when I picked up the car.

Worst place , worst app. They dont accept cash . I donno why . But even hesitate to take money from debit card then whats the point of this rental if they dont accept this kinda payments.

Horrible customer service. Rude, rigid, and made my wife and I feel like a huge burden when retrieving our car. Cars were also dirty. Plenty of other car rentals to choose from in the area.

Friendly courteous and professional service, even received a complimentary upgrade! I have rented from this location many many times over the years, and will keep doing so in future - have never been disappointed! Cars are nice and kept clean.
