        Completely unprofessional! Dont book ! I booked on Tuesday 3/19 and they just called me Thursday 3/21 stating they have to cancel my reservation since theyre all booked out. Completely out of line when you think you got your plans all set and now you have to figure something else out. Rayneisha is the manager that called me and when i asked for the manager she said she was. And I said you guys do this the day before to people? Shes like well im calling you now .. like girl you sound unprofessional. I WANT A REFUND

        PLEASE add some form of signage outside the parking structure indicating where to take your rental back. As someone not from the ares, we drove around the block several times before we decided to pull into the structure and ask (thankfully there was actually an attendant)
