Advantage Rent A Car

We originally went to NU car rental but they only take major credit cards so we walked out with no car and then saw Advance and walked in hoping they took debit. Thankfully they did, and the lady that helped us was super nice and very helpful, we didnt even have a reservation and we were in and out with a car in no time. We will definitely be booking with them more often.

I frequently rent cars, but this was my first time renting with Advantage due to a last-minute need for a car and limited availability. The process was entirely fine and smooth up until the car was returned and the bill was sent. Although I filled the tank to its entirety just prior to returning the car, I was charged a significant amount for refueling, although an agent checked on the return and verified that everything looked good. I attempted to call Advantage to ask about the charge, but was hung up on twice while explaining the situation. Based on other reviews, I should have seen this coming. Luckily, my credit card company was able to assist, but I highly recommend not renting here.

I reserved a car with Advantage for a trip to Las Vegas. When my flight was canceled I called to ask them to hold my car because I was coming in on a later flight. They promised they would. When we arrived they hadnt held the car for us. When we called to inquire the person was extremely rude and hung up on me.

They don't allow one way rentals any more.
