I waited 2 hours for my rental after I had confirmed it the night before online. The car I got was filthy but I had to take it because he didn’t have anymore left. It had been sideswiped and bashed in on the driver’s side. The exterior was filthy. There were melted gummy bears and muddy dog paw prints in the backseat. There was crushed up candy in the floorboards. There was dry cat or dog food in the trunk. The wall charger for the Tesla didn’t work and I got it at 48% charged. I had to wash and vacuum the car myself. I returned it cleaner and more charged then when I got it but 3 days later a mysterious charge for $52 appeared on my charge card. Corporate Herts is so unhelpful and I can’t get through on the phone to the local office to find out what the charge is for. I will never use this place again.

Dont use Hertz AT ALL, News reports are true. Rent a car then report it stolen.

We had a insurance claim scheduled pickup at least 5 days in advanced, however upon arrival on Saturday 04/02 no vehicle was available. We we offered a box truck as a an option. Very unprofessional was the worker in making myself call the 800 reservation number to get things sorted out which never happened before hanging up after 15 minutes. Thankfully my insurance company was working and changed to Enterprise in a matter on minutes Do not waste your time dealing with this place.

Great place to rent from! Placed us in a very nice lightly used 2021 Hyundai for our trip to Biloxi, MS and everything ran smoothly! Car was clean and had a lot of really nice features. The business itself is ran by a small group of hardworking individuals that are really easy and enjoyable to conversate with! Will definitely be back!
