My apartment here got broken into along with over 20 other apartments during christmas break, the mark didnt call me until 5 days after the break in to notify me and had no sense of urgency in fixing the security problems! The management sucks. The wi-fi doesnt work. The pool is always broken. You cant have your friends over because there is no parking. For the amount that you are paying it is not worth it, try The Standards instead.

Do not live, I warn you.
- The management team is super stingy about everything and constantly tries to up-charge you
- My apartment was broken into and the Mark did not even notify me.
- They close the pool every spring semester because they don't want to pay for it.
- It is downright ghetto, especially for how much the rent is. There are so many other things that make that place suck that I could make this message 3x longer. Avoid.

The mark is not out to helps residents to any extent. Their parking booting services are ruthless and dont make accommodations for circumstances, even when a parking sticker was stolen out of my car. On top of that, this is the second year in a row where the Mark Pool was closed for the entirety of the spring semester. Know what you are paying for before you move in here.
The 5 star reviews are almost all fake. Dont fall into the trap that I and many other did. Find a better and cheaper place to live than here

As a resident, I can say that the maintenance team treats us very well.
Varuk, one of the maintenance men, is always very polite and eager to do his work right. Even after filling up a hole in my room, he took the time to vacuum my floor to clean up any residue on my floor.
Others such as James, Knox, Glenn, and Christie are also always a pleasure to see as they are always welcoming, kind, and diligent in their work.

The amenities never work. The workers come into your apartment without notice to do repairs. Also, the rooftop pool that is their main attraction has been down for 2 years along with the wifi. Place knows how to milk you for your money.
