        This place is terrible. The management is terrible. Everything breaks and the AC quality is terrible everything is dusty. I dont usually leave bad reviews on places cuz im not tryna be that guys but unbiased this place is terrible.

        I live at the retreat on milledge for 2 years and plan on living here an 3rd. I love it so much. The rooms are bigger than other places Ive looked at and way better accommodations! The pool is gorgeous and the gym is spectacular! The study rooms are my favorite part because sometimes getting essays and studying isnt possible at home! The bus that takes us to campus and downtown Athens has saved me thousands of dollars on Ubers!

        The worst management ever. The grills, fire pit and hot tub has not worked in months but the rent bill keeps coming. Shuttle system is a mess since there are never enough drivers or the bus is full. Don't rent here....better place downtown for the same price.

        So after rent goes up 30%, three major amenities break and arent repaired after months. There is so little parking, that residence has to park in guest parking. Theres constantly cars racing in the streets while blaring music. Management who lives in the neighborhood has broken rules they claim to enforce, which I have picture evidence. Good luck next year when rent doubles and more amenities break. Oh also, good luck if your ac/heat breaks in the most extreme months, they wont believe you and itll stay broken like the hot tub.
