Landmark Athens

Cant speak to the property but the way the management company conducts themselves is unscrupulous and unprofessional. Glad I figured this out before I could have any further dealings with them which I assume would have been filled with as much money grabbing as they could get away with while justifying it by their house policies

I am a student at University of Georgia and have absolutely loved living with Landmark Athens. I have always received prompt service with any maintenance issues, questions, or concerns. Overall great staff and housing.

I moved in Jan 2024 and I am very happy with Archer Apartments!!! I work different shifts and I feel safe going out to the parking lot at anytime. This is a nice, quiet and affordable living quarters where people of all ages from college students to working adults to retired people live comfortably with no problems. I just recently signed a year lease after coming in as a sublet. Ansley was awesome helping me to get this done and made it easy to make the decision to stay another year here!!! Thanks Ansley!!!

I lived with Landmark for 3 years. The first year the property was nice and we did not have many problems but then we moved to another house that was in horrible condition upon move in. The day we moved in the floor was cracked, there was mens beard hair in the sinks, the pantry was broken, the dishwasher didnt work, the fans were falling out of my ceiling, and the list goes on. Of course, we made note of all of these damages in the move-in inspection sheet. After 2 years of living in that property, Landmark did not respond to our request to fix things (such as the cracked floor in our kitchen). Of course, failure to fix a broken floor that is in the middle of a high traffic area such as a kitchen means the problem will only get worse. We put in work order after work order, called over and over, and landmark never did a thing. We received a bill in August for the floor and they charged us $600 total for the floor that was damaged when we moved in and that they did not fix. I probably called 30 times, sent several emails, and sent proof that we should not be charged for the floor. Finally, after ignoring my roommates and I for 2 months Landmark said they would refund the floor. It is over a month and a half later and no one will answer our calls and we never received a refund. I advise any UGA student to never, ever rent from this property because you will be treated like dirt. Save yourself the time and money and find somewhere else!

Do not live in a Landmark Property none of your appliances will work and they wont try to help! My mail key hasnt been delivered since we moved in 3 months ago and nobodys cares. Not to mention this is a breach of contract, yet they still feel entitled to pound you with late fees. Terrible!
