the place is not very clean, when I first moved in the apartment was covered with dirt and dust and had to spend almost 3 hours cleaning it all up. parking is a huge issue as they clearly dont have enough room. we have to drive to the dumpsters to dispose of trash, as there is none nearby your apartment unless you are near the front, and they are not very quick to respond to requests or phone calls. just these past 2 days weve been without wifi and theres been little to no updates with no response from management.

I did not move in to these apartment but the apartment manager, Amy, was great and extremely helpful. She assisted me with all of my inquiries.

The 2x2 are great, minor issues, Wi-Fi and parking are both horrible. Other than that staff is friendly, apartment is spacious enough. The 4x4s are small and cramped

I lived here for 8 months and moved out 3 days ago. I consistently had my delivery packages stolen. I initially thought they were been delivered else where and was having to report for replacement with mazon and walmart until I bought lots of things and some expensive during prime day and they were all consistently stolen back to back to back. i reported to the management and they couild not care less even after I told them description of the venhicle and the timeframe window the vehicle drove out of the property based on eye witness account.
also they told me there are no cameras in the hallway or driveway and no way to investigate the crime except the main gate. I felt totally unsafe after this event. If safety is important to you, this is not the place to be.

Overall I didnt have the best experience, my main issue this past year was roommates. I filled out a roommate match form and who I was matched with could not have been any more polar opposite to me. Food would be left out constantly, roommates dog would bark 24/7 and wouldnt be let out. The apartment was always a mess they left stuff all over to the point where I couldnt store anything in the fridge or get to the washer/dryer. If youre going to live here I would highly suggest knowing the people youre living with or getting to know them prior. Do not rely on the roommate matching to match with someone similar to you. I never really had any problems with management my only issue was roommates.
