This review is strictly for the maintenance crew. Lamar is super attentive and responded in a timely manner. He was also very nice and made conversation and fixed our issue to a T. 5/5 for the maintenance crew!

My time at Newberry has been great. I love the apartment and how spacious everything is. The staff go above and beyond to help with maintenance and cleaning. The staff members I have come in contact with the most during my time as a resident have been Angela and Lamar. They are amazing. I have never run into either one of them when they are not in a smiling, positive mood. Its refreshing to live somewhere that I can be greeting with friendly faces!

Ryan from maintenance is a life saver! Recently got a flat tire and was in the middle of putting my spare on. Ryan noticed and offered his assistance. We were able to remove and replace my tire in just 10 minutes! He was super friendly and his willingness to help me out was greatly appreciated. He even used his own car jack since mine wasn't seeming to do the trick. Thanks Ryan, you're a pro!

It's been a very unpleasant experience, from Day 1! First off, our student's apartment wasn't ready for move in, so the four boys had to stay in a nearby hotel for a couple of months. Work orders take forever to get completed - months went by before internet was connected. There is still a piece of wood on the wall, where they haven't fixed the sheetrock, which was reported back in the Fall. Now, it's March 13th, and they went in an took all of the nice furniture that was supplied at move in, and replaced it with a much poorer quality, and less pieces. Also, the boys view from their balcony is of the homeless camp. Would not recommend.
