Budget Car Rental

Charge double and if you don't say anything they keep the money than you'll have to call multiple times to fight back in double charge and return the money, BE CAREFUL Cuidado cobran doble y si no te das cuenta se quedan con el dinero , el servicio al cliente terrible no solucionan y hay q llamar mltiples veces para el retorno , perder tiempo , CUIDADO CON LA FACTURA

We reserved a car and two booster seats for a day that we were getting off of a cruise. We had to arrange a ride from Port Canaveral due to no rental cars being available in that area. When we arrived to pick up our rental, they did not have our car or booster seats. The guy working there stated that they did not come in. We then had to get our driver to drive us down to the Melbourne Budget location since they were the only location in the area that had booster seats. This was not how we imagined spending half a day while we were on vacation.

I'm reserving the option to come back and edit this after the trip. Location moved and itinerary wasn't updated. I knew they were going to be moving just not where. Got to the new bldg and only 1 gentleman was working the counter and seemed to be overwhelmed. Tech issues but we got through that quick. The "free" upgrade to a intermediate (Camry) wasn't an issue until we looked at the car and the scratches along the driver rear Qtr panel. In town driving is 10 mph and I'm not sure how better highway is gonna look. There was a reason I wanted a compact with gas prices all over the place day to day. Car runs rough and rest assured that if it breaks down during this trip, it will not be pretty. Never in the last 3 years I've been renting from Budget at the old Searstown Mall location have I had any issues. Not sure this combined Avis/Budget (Old Enterprise rental location) is going to be a good thing for me going forward. Problem is, it's either them or Port Canaveral for a car.
